F4ESL Project Coordinator, Mr. Samim Saner, attended 5th Central European Congress on Food 2010 in Bratislava (Slovakia) between 19 and 22 May 2010.
The congress attracted much attention and focused on latest progress in fundamental and applied food science, research and development, innovative technology, food safety and market, functional and bioactive food, new trends in nutrition and health.
At the organization, F4ESL project poster was presented and the project was introduced to participants.
