Procedures for internal evaluation
In order to be able to follow the development of the consulting project and to adhere to the objectives we apply a system of monitoring and control methods.
We record all important interviews and meetings of the project team.
We report to our customer on every milestone and every important issue.
Every milestone on our projects is concluded only when accepted by the customer.
All project results are audited by an expert not involved in the actual implementation of the project.
All records of performance are analysed. The analyses will be included in the project reports.
