F4ESL at 1. International Congress on Food Technology

F4ESL Project Team Member Tuğçe Sağdur attended 1. International Congress on Food Technology in Antalya between 3-6 November 2010.
The theme of the Congress is “Catching the Innovations in Food Science and Technology in the Evolving World”. National and international speakers  presented information on a variety of Issues on food science and technology and discussed the solutions to enhance food technology. 
From 41 countries totally 482 participants attended to congress.

At the organization, F4ESL project poster was presented and the project was introduced to participants.
